Prior to establishing Mohimi, Ms. Hall founded "Mohimi Conferences", a private firm dedicated to bringing together top professionals to discuss essential topics of the modern business enterprise system. Mohimi Conferences main goal was to bring about awareness and to try to solve the inequitable wealth distribution problem facing woman and minority owned businesses. Before starting Mohimi Conferences, Ms. Hall worked for a sales and marketing consulting firm based in Madison, WI where she headed several large crises and interim management projects that included bringing a seed company to profitability within 6 months, and restructuring the cost structure of a mid-market enterprise that was in financial distress. In her early 20s, Ms. Hall had chief marketing and managerial authority for a Middle-Eastern based Jeweler with global operations.
Ms. Hall's desire to see and aid in the maximization of potential arose from her experiences as an ambitious woman in a conservative Middle-Eastern culture, her deep and systematic reading on the American exploitation of minorities, and her later entrepreneurial career. The unpredictable and occasionally arbitrary results of government regulations led to her appreciation of constructive relations between the public and private sectors.
Ms. Hall distinguished herself in the study of Logic & Philosophy at the university level in her early teens, laying the foundation for her subtle and rigorous understanding of Political Theory and Practice. She continued her education in the United States received her degree in Business Administration with an International Marketing emphasis from the University of Wisconsin.
