Prior to establishing Mohimi, Ms. Hall founded "Mohimi Conferences", a private firm dedicated to bringing together top professionals to discuss essential topics of the modern business enterprise system. Mohimi Conferences main goal was to bring about awareness and to try to solve the inequitable wealth distribution problem facing woman and minority owned businesses. Ms. Hall's desire to see and aid in the maximization of potential arose from her experiences as an ambitious woman in a conservative Middle-Eastern culture, her deep and systematic reading on the American exploitation of minorities, and her entrepreneurial career.
