Mohimi is not an investment bank. However, Mohimi assists clients in identifying, testing, and communicating their value proposition to prospective investors or partners. This rigorous process may involve:

  • Analysis, review and revision of key presentational documents such as business-plans;
  • Stress-testing of financial projections;
  • Preparation of exhibits, summaries, and visual materials;
  • Site visits and conferences with key counter-parties;
  • Coaching on negotiations and marketing strategies;
  • Accessing public finance sources (grants, bonds, SBA, TIFF districts, “green bonds”, enterprise zones);
  • Managing operating capital and bank debt, optimizing banking relationships.

Once the client’s core value proposition has been established and tested, Mohimi utilizes its invaluable business network to identify potential partners (though Mohimi is not averse to cold-calls). Mohimi assists the client in making effective, customized presentations to potential partners. The best partners offer their own insights and evaluations sometimes challenging but invariably strengthening the client’s approach.
